What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your device type, and the email address on your RM Life account when account lookup is needed. Screenshots can help, but remove information you do not want to share.

Do not send your password, sign-in code, payment-card information, or precise location history.

Account and privacy requests

For account deletion, use the account deletion page. For access, correction, export, consent, or other privacy requests, review the Privacy Policy and email support.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel through the store account used for the purchase. Refund availability and processing are controlled by that store.

RM Life is not an emergency or personal-safety service and does not contact emergency services. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency service for your location.
